National Register Nomination – Knox Street Historic District, Albany County, NY

National Register District nomination for 23 buildings along Knox Street (adjacent to Washington Park) in Albany, NY. These brick row houses date from the 19870 & 1880s, with the exception of the original settlement house in this area which dates to 1838. (March 2007)

National Register of Historic Places Multiple Property Documentation Form – Lustron Houses in New York

National Register documentation of a thematic or multiple property group of post-war Lustron houses. This multiple property nomination was based on the information gathered through the NYS Lustron Project from January 2007 through August 2007, which involved surveying and documenting Lustron houses across five different regions of the state. A final database included 99 properties, with 7 properties having been demolished and at least 28 properties found to be eligible for individual National Register listing. (September 2007)

Local Landmark & National Register Nomination – Lower Washington Avenue Historic District, Albany, NY.

National Register District nomination for 27 buildings along two southern blocks of Washington Avenue in Albany, NY. These brick & stone structures date from the 1810 to the 1930s, and exemplify every popular architectural style over a 125 year period of Albany’s westward development (September 2010 –designation pending)
